You could probably tell that much from the progress bars in the Reign header.Daniel Solishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07683491911441126187noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818073417709561773.post-32659928119927940692010-11-11T06:29:40.124-05:002010-11-11T06:29:40.124-05:00Haha! I hop...I dislike it when sidebars go off-page, too. I hoped this little idea might be a happy compromise. A way to obviously set off the text from the main flow of information without being restricted to a sidebar format. Guess not? :PDaniel Solishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07683491911441126187noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818073417709561773.post-9780707610670352372010-11-09T07:05:37.331-05:002010-11-09T07:05:37.331-05:00I think this is quite nice, especially layout-wise...I think this is quite nice, especially layout-wise... But I really hate "sidebars" when the text contained therein continues onto the next page or pages.

I'm not too keen on a section for these by the end of each chapter either, and I'm not sure if limiting the word count would suffice; you might need some more room that you don't have to explain that bit of instructional text a little more...

So in my opinion maybe devoting a whole chapter for player/game master advice with sections for each chapter would be better, I think.
Even if it would mean that the player would go back and forth when reading the book for the first time.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12180538335449052750noreply@blogger.com
